These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Digital Licensing platform (the "Platform") powered by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile ("FIA") with your ASN ("the ASN").
The Platform enables users ("Users") to request the issuance of national and/or international driver's licenses managed by your ASN.
By accessing or using the Platform, the Users (and, if applicable, their parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your ASN and FIA act as joint controllers with respect to the processing of personal data collected and processed through the Platform in connection with license applications.
The respective roles and responsibilities of your ASN and FIA as joint controllers are described in their Joint Controller Arrangement and summarized in the Privacy Notice of the National Sporting Authority available in your Mobile Application.
Your ASN is responsible for:
Your ASN is also responsible for the retention and management of personal data associated with the license records, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The FIA operates and maintains the Platform that enables users to submit their applications electronically to the relevant ASN.
The Platform was developed and is hosted by Amazon Web Services ("AWS"), acting as a processor on behalf of FIA and your ASN.
FIA does not make decisions on the issuance of licenses or on reimbursement claims, which remain the sole responsibility of your ASN.
Payments made through the Platform are processed by an independent payment service provider, which acts as a separate data controller for payment processing operations.
The use of this service is governed by the payment provider's own terms and privacy policy. Your ASN and FIA are not responsible for any operational or technical issues arising from the payment provider's service.
For more information, please consult Stripe Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
Users must:
FIA and your ASN may suspend or restrict access in case of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Creating a user account is required to submit and track license requests.
Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and must promptly inform your ASN of any unauthorized use of their account.
If you are a minor under the applicable law, the license request must be submitted and validated by parent(s) or legal guardian.
By submitting the request, the parent(s) or guardian confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and consent to the processing of the minor's personal data by your ASN and FIA, as joint controllers, and summarized in the Privacy Notice of the National Sporting Authority available in your Mobile Application.
The Parent(s) or legal guardian shall sign the relevant form as requested on the Platform.
Any request for reimbursement, cancellation, or complaint relating to the license application must be directed to your ASN. FIA and AWS are not responsible for the management of such requests. Your ASN remains the primary contact point for user support.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While FIA and your ASN strive to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, they make no warranties as to uninterrupted or error-free service.
Neither FIA nor your ASN shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from Platform use.
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform — including design, code, and content — remain the property of FIA or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.
Your ASN and FIA jointly process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised "last updated" date.
